Project Management
English for Project Management specialized training is designed for current and future project teams, their managers and everyone interested in this subject. Improving communication in this field allows for more effective information passing which, in turn, contributes to a faster progress in meeting deadlines for smaller objectives thus contributing to reaching the milestones or key stages of the project.
Training objectives
The main course purpose is to improve communication in the target language, familiarizing oneself with the terminology in the scope of project management and the job specifics in this field based on the adopted work model or discussing many according to the ordered/ agreed course contents.
Subject matter
Specialized terminology: kickoff /milestones/ sprints/ status meeting, scope creep, scrum, etc.
Project management methodology – a chosen one or a few Project cycles
Presenting: professional presentation skills on the stages of a project or at status meetings
Reporting: public speaking while reporting on the case progress

Language level
Courses are mostly designed to be conducted for participants with B1 level of English according to the CEFR. If the course is to be delivered to different language level group, modifications are possible upon prior notice to the lecturer/ trainer.
Mode of training
